Refund Policy

1) Charging Services (MEV Payments Only)

  • This policy applies only to payments made directly via MEV’s official payment methods (IPG or Payment Links).
  • Payments through third-party apps or platforms (ChargeNet, eMotion, ReCharge, etc.) are excluded; customers must contact those providers directly.
  • Finality: All payments are final once charging has started.
  • No partial refunds: Refunds will not be issued for unused kWh after a session ends.
  • Failed session: If a session fails due to MEV system or equipment error and no energy is delivered, a refund may be requested.
  • Billing errors: Over-charging or duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

2) Printing Services

  • Finality: Payments are non-refundable once printing has started, except in the following cases:
  • If output is defective due to machine error or poor quality, customers may request a refund.
  • If the service was not delivered at all due to a technical failure, a refund will be issued.

3) How to Request a Refund (All Cases)

  • Send an email to: mevchargingstations@gmail.com
  • Email subject (must use exactly): Request for Refund
  • Deadline: Submit within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Include in your email:
  • Full name & contact number
  • Transaction ID/reference, payment method, and amount
  • Date/time & location (charger/branch)
  • For charging: session ID/metered kWh & issue description
  • For printing: job ID/pages, file name, and photos if applicable

4) Response & Processing

  • We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 working days.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

5) General

  • Requests not meeting the above conditions may be declined.
  • This policy does not limit any statutory rights.
  • We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version applies at the time of request.
